This Privacy Policy describes how Drink Up! ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. Drink Up! is a Windows desktop application distributed through the Microsoft Store. It is designed to function entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy exists to be transparent about our practices — even when those practices amount to doing nothing with your data, because we don't collect any.

Any data the app saves (such as your preferences or in-app settings) is stored exclusively on your local device using standard Windows storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is entirely under your control. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the application.

6. runFullTrust capability
Drink Up! uses the
runFullTrust
capability declared in its package manifest, which allows it to run as a full-trust process
on Windows. This capability is used solely to enable certain desktop integration features required
for the app to function correctly. It is not used to access, collect, or transmit any user
data.

Because Drink Up! collects no data from any user, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or adults.

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Since we collect no data today, any material change would only occur if the app's functionality meaningfully changes.
